Priests, seminarians, nuns and lay people of the diocese of Jaén were murdered between 1936 and 1938.
Biography
The group is headed by Manuel Izquierdo Izquierdo, an elderly parish priest who was tortured and died on September 28, 1936. The Church recognized in his dedication a true martyrdom, lived with fidelity, hope and forgiveness.
