Ahmed, Saints Grace and Mary (12th century)

Ahmed, who was a Muslim, renounced his religion and converted to Christianity, becoming a Cistercian monk.
Biography
He later converted his two sisters, Gracia (Zaida) and María (Zoraida). As soon as the Emir of Valencia found out, he ordered them executed. Ahmed was hanged and his two sisters were beheaded.
Practical advice
As you collect your heart in silence, meditate for a few minutes on a scene from the Gospel in which Mary appears, remembering that holiness is built in the ordinary.
