Alfonsa Clerici (1860–1930)

An Italian nun of the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, Alfonsa Clerici dedicated her life to the Christian education of girls and young people.
Biography
A teacher and later a school principal, she trained her students with competence, patience and personal attention. She later served as superior and counselor of her congregation, accepting responsibilities and setbacks with a spirit of sacrifice. His union with Christ was expressed in the silent surrender of his own will, without seeking positions or praise. He died after suffering a brain hemorrhage while in prayer.
