Wife, mother and later widow, Ana María Adorni transformed her family losses into a fruitful spiritual motherhood.
Biography
In Parma she began visiting imprisoned women and later opened a house to welcome them when they regained their freedom, helping them rebuild their lives with decent work. She also cared for orphans and vulnerable young women and founded the Servants of the Immaculate Conception. His charity did not reduce anyone to their past mistakes: it offered support, discipline and confidence to start over.
