Biography
Spanish nun and founder of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Urgel, Ana María Janer served the sick, children and the elderly in times of war and poverty. She started as a nurse and educator at the Cervera hospital; When the religious communities were expelled, she kept her sisters united and organized field hospitals to care for the wounded without distinction. He later founded a congregation dedicated to teaching and healthcare. He recognized and served Christ in every fragile person.
