Biography
He was born in Naples, Italy, and was a lawyer before becoming a priest. He entered the community of the Theatine Fathers and was soon named superior. Later Archbishop Saint Charles Borromeo called him to preach in Milan. He converted many sinners through his words full of piety and wisdom and accompanied by miracles and healings.
