Biography
His Apology, written after his conversion, is dedicated to the Emperor Hadrian. In this book he demonstrates how barbarians, Greeks and Jews have a false idea of God, whom only Christians truly know. A tone of joyful sincerity is evident throughout Aristides's work that agrees with the author's joy at having found faith.

As an offering to the Lord, avoid useless curiosity and seek knowledge that will make you serve better and also take care of the small details.
