Italian wife, widow, founder and spiritual teacher, Brígida Morello showed the fruitfulness of complete trust in the providence of God.
Biography
Married to Mateo Zancano, she lived her marital vocation faithfully; After becoming a widow she dedicated herself to the Lord and to the service of those who suffered. He founded the Ursulines of Mary Immaculate in Piacenza for the Christian education of young girls. Although he experienced illnesses, contradictions and mystical experiences, he maintained a serene and available heart. She taught her sisters to live with generosity, convinced that God is Father and never abandons.
