Carlos Liviero (1866–1932)
Bishop
Italian bishop of Città di Castello, Carlos Liviero united evangelization with a broad response to social needs.
Biography
As a parish priest he created nurseries, mutual aid associations, oratories and training works for workers and young people. Once a bishop, he renewed catechism, cared for the clergy and supported orphans and families hit by the First World War and epidemics. She founded the Little Servants of the Sacred Heart to care for the most vulnerable. He died as a result of a car accident.
