Ceferino Agostini (1813–1896)

Priest from Verona, Ceferino Agostini dedicated his ministry to catechesis and Christian education, especially of poor girls exposed to abandonment.
Biography
She gathered young collaborators and founded the Ursuline Daughters of Mary Immaculate to train women capable of renewing family and society through freedom, honesty and charity. He faced civil and ecclesiastical obstacles without abandoning the project. His pastoral zeal knew how to recognize in female education an urgent need and a decisive force for the common good.
