Domingo was born in Zaragoza, Spain, and because of his piety and beautiful voice he was admitted as an acolyte and singer in the cathedral.
Biography
Some men who lived in the neighborhood where the boy passed daily, encouraged by a fortune teller, decided to kill him if he did not renounce his religion. The boy exclaimed that he preferred death rather than being a traitor to the religion of Jesus Christ, for which he was crucified. The murderers were later discovered and punished.
