Elena Guerra (1835–1914)

Italian educator and founder, Elena Guerra promoted a renewed devotion to the Holy Spirit throughout the Church.
Biography
She created a school for young people and founded the Oblates of the Holy Spirit, also called Sisters of Saint Zita. He wrote repeatedly to Pope Leo XIII to ask that the faithful rediscover Pentecost; His initiatives contributed to important papal documents on the Holy Spirit. In her final years she was removed from the government of her congregation and accepted humiliation without rebelling, offering the test with fidelity and adoration.
