Francisco de Gerónimo (1642–1716)
Jesuit missionary priest
He was born in Grottaglie, Italy.
Biography
He earned his doctorate in civil and canon law as well as theology. In 1670 he entered the Company of Jesus. He dedicated himself to popular missions in the Naples region, as well as to spiritual exercises. He was canonized by Gregory XVI in 1839.
