Biography
He was born in Berchtesgaden, Germany in 1871, the second in a family of 16 siblings. He professed in the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer and received the priesthood in 1895. He was assigned to the formation of the minor seminary of the institute. His life was brief and simple, but of extraordinary spiritual richness. He knew how to combine his love for God, his love for young people and his love for nature. He was beatified on April 24, 1988.
