Albanian priest, Gjon Gazulli defended the freedom of the Church against the regime of Ahmet Zogu.
Biography
Condemned in a political trial, he died by hanging on March 5, 1927, forgiving and proclaiming his fidelity to Christ. The Church recognized in his dedication a true martyrdom, lived with fidelity, hope and forgiveness.
