Roman wife and mother, Isabel Canori Mora remained faithful to her marriage when her husband's infidelity led the family to poverty and suffering.
Biography
She supported her daughters with her work, cultivated an intense life of prayer and served the needy as a Trinitarian tertiary. Without justifying evil, she offered her evidence for her husband's conversion and avoided responding to harm with hate. After Isabel's death, he changed his life and became a priest. She sanctified family life through faithfulness, strength and forgiveness.
