Jan Świerc and eight Polish Salesian priests continued to educate young people and care for the poor under Nazi occupation.
Biography
Arrested and deported, they died between 1941 and 1942 in concentration camps. The Church recognized in his dedication a true martyrdom, lived with fidelity, hope and forgiveness.
