Lawyer, husband and father of ten children, José Antonio Tovini promoted in Italy a responsible Christian presence in education and public life.
Biography
He defended the poor, promoted Catholic schools and associations, collaborated in the press and helped create financial institutions that supported social and educational works. He actively participated in the municipal government without separating his faith from his civil duties. His home, his profession and his public commitment formed a single vocation of service. He died leaving behind a reputation for integrity, charity and industriousness.
