Brilliant Italian doctor who dedicated himself in Naples to caring for the poor of that city and to his university duties.
Biography
In the waiting room of his office there was a basket and a sign that said: “If you have it, leave what you want; if you don't have it, take it.” He shone for his heroic charity, his great generosity in medical service and his modesty. He was canonized in 1987.
