Joanna Francisca of the Visitation Michelotti (1843–1888)

A nun born in Annecy and trained since she was a child in caring for the sick and poor, Jeanne Francisca Michelotti founded the Little Servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Turin.
Biography
With scarce resources, she and her first companions visited humble homes to care for those who could not receive assistance for free. Family losses, misunderstandings and the difficulties of the foundation purified his dedication. He died on February 1, 1888, leaving a work focused on discovering and serving Christ in the abandoned sick.
