Luis Monza, priest (1898–1954)
Founding priest
Italian priest and founder of the Little Apostles of Charity, Luis Monza wanted to renew society with the fraternal spirit of the first Christians.
Biography
Born into a poor peasant family, he delayed his studies to help at home and reached the priesthood after many sacrifices. He suffered unjust imprisonment during fascism and later served as a parish priest close to young people and families. She promoted a community of consecrated women dedicated to people with disabilities, the origin of the work "La Nostra Famiglia." He taught that charity should silently penetrate all the environments of ordinary life.
