Margaret Bourgeoys (1620–1700)
Nun
Canadian nun born in France who founded a novel (for those times) congregation of nuns who did not take perpetual vows or live a cloistered regime: they went abroad, spreading their zeal throughout all parish territories.
Biography
She suffered greatly from the intrigues of her own nuns, and the last seven years of her life were dedicated entirely to prayer.
Practical advice
Trusting in the grace of God, make a visit to the Blessed Sacrament, even if it is brief, like someone who works and prays under the loving gaze of God.
