An Italian laywoman called "silent woman of charity", Maria Bolognesi lived among poverty, agricultural work and serious illnesses.
Biography
With little school education, she supported her family through farm work, sewing and humble jobs. From a young age she met and cared for children from poor families, visited the sick and materially helped those who came to her. His profound mystical life remained linked to obedience to the Church and a very concrete service. He endured misunderstandings and suffering without ceasing to radiate hope.

Do a work of charity today that no one can attribute to you and keep silent about it.
