Biography
Swiss Franciscan and missionary in Ecuador and Colombia, María Caridad Brader left the cloister to respond to the evangelization of people with few resources. She founded the Franciscans of Mary Immaculate, dedicated to education, especially of poor girls, and to the mission. She formed her sisters in study and Eucharistic adoration, convinced that apostolic action needs contemplative roots. He faced travel, poverty and government responsibilities with constant availability to the will of God.
