María Guadalupe García Zavala (1878–1963)

Mexican nun known as Mother Lupita, María Guadalupe García Zavala dedicated her life to caring for the sick and poor.
Biography
She left a marriage commitment when she recognized her vocation and, together with Father Cipriano Íñiguez, founded the Servants of Saint Margaret Mary and the Poor. In the hospital he personally performed the most humble services and, during the religious persecution, he hid and protected priests and the archbishop of Guadalajara. His tenderness made the love of Christ visible in each sick person.
