An Italian nun of the Daughters of the Cross, María Laura Mainetti was a teacher, educator and spiritual guide to many young people.
Biography
On June 6, 2000, she left her community to help a girl who pretended to need her; Three teenagers took her to a secluded place and murdered her in a satanic rite. While receiving the blows and wounds, she prayed and forgave her attackers. His death crowned a life dedicated to seeking the face of Christ in every young person.
