Maria Repetto (1809–1890)

Genoese nun and humble caretaker of the Sisters of Our Lady of Refuge, Maria Repetto made the door of the convent a place of welcome and comfort.
Biography
During cholera epidemics he bravely cared for the sick; Then she listened, guided and helped those who came to her. She gave her savings, her time and even her belongings, convinced that Jesus should be contemplated and served in the poor. Her serenity and discretion earned her the name of "holy nun" among the people.
