An American religious from a Slovak family, María Teresa Demjanovich united in her life the Eastern Greek-Catholic tradition and the consecrated life of the Latin rite.
Biography
After graduating and teaching, she joined the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. Although she died while still a novice, her spiritual director recognized her exceptional understanding of the interior life and asked her to prepare conferences for the community; These texts would later form the book The Greater Perfection. He taught that holiness is available to everyone through grace and daily fidelity.
