Daughter of Polish Charity, Marta Wiecka served as a nurse with a dedication that reached Catholics, Jews and people of all walks of life.
Biography
He worked in several hospitals, comforting the sick and also helping them to reconcile with God. He silently endured a false accusation until his innocence was proven. When a young nurse, a father, was afraid to disinfect the room of a patient with typhus, Marta offered to replace him; He contracted the disease and died, thus giving his life for another.
