Victims of religious persecution, from 1915 to 1937, 22 priests and 3 lay people gave their lives for Christ, whose memoirs and biographies are found throughout the year.
Biography
They are headed by Saint Christopher Magellan (May 25). They were beatified by John Paul II on November 22, 1992, and canonized on May 21, 2000.
