Pío Heredia and seventeen Cistercians and Bernards maintained prayer after being expelled from their monasteries.
Biography
Between 1936 and 1938 they were arrested and murdered for their consecrated life. The Church recognized in his dedication a true martyrdom, lived with fidelity, hope and forgiveness.
