Practical advice
Present today a Christian conviction with clarity, preparation and respect towards those who believe differently.
Biography
Four Franciscan missionaries from various European regions gave their lives in Jerusalem to publicly confess Christ. Nicholas Tavelić, Deodato of Ruticinio, Stephen of Cuneo and Peter of Narbonne served for years in the convent of Mount Sion and in the custody of the Holy Places. After carefully preparing an exposition of the Christian faith, they presented it before the cadi. They refused to recant, endured three days of imprisonment and torture, and were murdered and burned on November 14, 1391.
