Biography
November 1954, anniversary of the proclamation of the dogma of the Assumption, reveals one of the most glorious titles of the Mother of God. Mary is QUEEN of angels and men. She is therefore the QUEEN MOTHER, who surpasses all created beings in perfection and dignity. And as QUEEN, she exercises her functions from heaven. He does not cease to intercede for us and obtain for us the graces we need to faithfully serve his Son. When the QUEEN MOTHER was taken to heaven by the one who was her God and her Son, the King of kings, amid the joy of the angels and the acclamation of all the blessed, what was said by the psalmist was fulfilled: "Standing at your right is the queen, jeweled with ophir gold." (Ps. 45, 11). After the modification of the ecclesiastical calendar, this festival was moved from May 31 to August 22.
