Martyr
Practical advice
With simplicity and joy, avoid criticism and speak with charity about those who have hurt you without seeking applause or recognition.
Biography
(+ 304) He suffered martyrdom on the same day as Nereus and Achilleus. According to tradition, he was martyred when he was 14 years old, refusing rewards and aid for the future if he renounced his faith. After thanking his executioners, he did not hesitate to sacrifice his youth to remain faithful to Christ. Youth has a good example in the young Pankration.
