(+851) In the 9th century, in the city of Córdoba, Spain, the public declaration of their Christian faith was enough to be sentenced to death by Abd al-Rahman II, and thus many Christians were beheaded, hanged or impaled and their corpses burned to disperse the ashes to the wind.
Biography
Among them are the priest Pedro, a native of Écija, who lived in the Cuteclara monastery, the deacon Walabonso, the monks Isaac and Sabiniano and the noble citizen Habencio.
