Saint Raúl (Salesman) He was a very fervent monk sent by Saint Bernard in the year 1132 to found the famous monastery of Valley of the Cells, in Cambray, in the north of France.
Biography
He was superior there for twenty years and with his monks he dedicated himself to prayer, reading sacred books and teaching farmers how to technically cultivate the fields. He recommended everyone to pray many times every day: Miserere, Hallelujah and Te Deum, that is: Lord, have mercy, Thank God and Blessed be God.
