Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Joseph, the just man chosen to be Mary’s husband and the guardian of Jesus, served God’s plan through faith, silence, work, and obedience.
Biography
When faced with circumstances he did not understand, he listened to God and acted without delay. He welcomed Mary, protected the Child from danger, led the Holy Family into Egypt, and provided for them through the work of his hands. The Gospel records no words spoken by him, yet his deeds reveal a strong and tender fatherhood. The Church honors him as patron of the universal Church, workers, families, and a holy death.
Practical advice
With the desire to sanctify ordinary life, pray one mystery of the Rosary slowly for a need in your family, doing everything for the love of God.
