Practical advice
Today, in the presence of God, support anyone who feels alone or intimidated and end with a brief thanksgiving.
Biography
He was chief of Diocletian's imperial guards. He cared for his brothers, the poor and the imprisoned and brought them the Eucharist. He was sentenced to die as a soldier, that is, shot by the archers' weapons. The arrows did not kill him. After time he was sentenced to death by beating.
