Sixteen priests, religious and lay people linked mainly to the Congregation of Saint Peter ad Víncula died for their faith during the Spanish persecution.
Biography
Teodoro Illera del Olmo, educator and superior, returned to Sant Feliu de Llobregat to take care of the school boys, although he knew the danger. He was arrested and shot with several brothers. The other companions were murdered in different places between 1936 and 1937. Their loyalty was born from educational service, assistance to the sick, community care and the decision not to hide the cross.
