Biography
She founded the Sisters of Mary Child in 1826. Her Congregation had the same purposes and rules as the Daughters of Charity of Saint Louise de Marillac. Although Vicenta did not believe that her daughters would leave Brescia, today there are more than seven thousand nuns spread throughout the world.
