Wife, mother of four children and Dominican tertiary of Bohemia, Zdislava of Lemberk achieved sainthood in family life and in service to those in need.
Biography
Together with her husband, she supported the arrival of the Dominicans and the founding of convents, while opening her house and her heart to the poor and sick. Her intense prayer did not separate her from her domestic responsibilities, but rather gave unity and fruitfulness to everything she did. She died young and was revered for centuries as a model of marital fidelity and charity.
