He was a disciple of Saint Augustine and bishop of Ruspe, Tunisia, from 507 until his death.
Biography
Trasmundo, Arian king of the Vandals, banished him twice to Sardinia. He wrote numerous works that refuted Arian, Pelagian and Monophysite errors.
